Dirty syntax highlighting example

Klepto , I just noticed you are using bbFontHeight.
This is commented out in bmax 1.18 font.cpp and font.h as far as I can tell.
How are you get this to work??
I need a function like your GetlastVisibleLine, but it fails to compile for me!
