Thanks for your comments. I'll admit it is pretty dificult even using Space & Cursors.
It was realy just to get used to lights.
The lights are not blitz lights but my own.
Every triangle is lit by 3 lights ... all done in software.
In fact the main B3D commands i use are addvertex & addtriangle & clearsurface.
It is these commands which slow down the computer.
The menu problem ... i've changed the drawimage to a texture with a copyrect from image to texture.
I'd appreciate it if someone could retest.
