BlitzBasic is not a version, but a programming language.
BRL sells:
BlitzPlus
Blitz3D
BlitzMax
None are totally compatible. Each have their own unique benefits. Each are based off of the BlitzBasic language.
They once sold a product called Blitz2D? or BlitzBasic? but it is now obsolete and unsupported. As far as I know, BlitzPlus and Blitz3D can both perform the same functions that the original Blitz2D did.
