I found it eventually. Just did a search for files on the entire harddrive, larger than 1 meg and within the day and then looked at the files created within the last 5-10 mins.
It stores all the crap in application data in the my documents directory. But yeah, it was a nonsensical randomly named file, but when I renamed it to .swf and dragged it into Firefox, it worked fine. :)
