Well to be fair the patch's for running old xbox games on the 360 is actually updates to the emulator since the 360 hardware is way different to the xbox. I mean it's got more in common with a Mac than a PC now ;)
As for COD2 on xbox 360, well I played it in Game and imho my PC version looks alot crisper and the bump/normal mapping to me looks better on pc, the 360 looked like it was using low to medium res textures. But it's hard to tell with out both right next to each other. Certainly one of the best console shooters I ever seen :)
