One very big exception is Hingrish, which is a kind of half breed between Hindi and english, and is becoming more and more popular in the middle east!
I find it quite amusing when english people get defensive about it being OUR LANGUAGE and such, yes it may have originated here but c'mon, it flew the nest years ago and it's its own entity now. Half of the english language is borrowed anyway - from France, Germany, even India! (pyjamas - indian word!).
