okay it works fine with debug on.
But with debug off... I don't get how it can change my variables. Here is a simpler example

Local r=AutoIT_Init()

Delay 1000
WinExec("Notepad.exe",1) 'runs notepad
AUTOIT_WinWaitActive("Untitled","",1000) 'Wait for Notepad window for 1000ms
