Sorry for discarding the last thread, you`re right I should look into learning how to use the command line from XP, just never had to use it really before.
Anyway here`s my details from that ipdump you suggested.
Windows IP Configuration
Ethernet adapter Wireless Network Connection:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
And here`s what I`m entering into my ds...
Auto Obtain IP - No
IP Address - 192.168.1.10
Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0
Gateway (Router IP) - 192.168.1.1
Auto-obtain DNS - No
Primary - 192.168.1.1
Secondary - 0.0.0.0
I have also entered the correct wep and ssid settings. No luck. I have checked on the Nintendo site and it shows the Wanadoo LiveBox in the list of working devices so I`m not sure what to try next. I could phone them.
Jason.
