With this in mind I'd like to add that this question just proves how wrong your attitude is.
So, smoking should be outlawed? Because, as I've stated several times, my attitude is that smoking should not be outlawed.
Anyway, your statement doesn't make any sense. I already stated that your personal preferences are besides the point, and yet you restate them. Regardless of what you personally do, the point is that a lot of people do smoke in restaurants and bars, and they stink up the joint. Perhaps I should rephrase my question: is it fair for them to force their lifestyle onto others?
