Smokers actively poison the entire room they are in, including other people. Second hand smoke *does* kill as well
While this is often repeated by militant anti-smokers with an agenda, there's no factual scientific evidence to support it. In fact most scientific studies (including one made on behalf of the American Cancer Society and WHO) show there is no direct link between second-hand smoke and cancer.In any case, which is worse? Smoking a cigarette, or taking a five miniute walk in London during rush hour? Now I'm not saying cigarettes aren't bad for you, but breathing in exhaust fumes and other chemicals in supposedly 'fresh air', is several orders of magnitude worse. Driving games don't have exhaust fumes, and will allow you to practice safe (or unsafe, depending on which mood you're in) driving without risking serious injury to yourself, your car and most importantly, other people, yet they're even worse than cigarettes and SUVs?

You can't OD on it, but it can allow you to ignore pains that would normally be indicative of a massive heart attack.
