I had a "upgrade" of IE to 7.2.13 (or some such silly number) and could not connect with ANY websites... MALWARE... had to remove it entirely and reinstall firefox to get moving again... have 6 back too all working fast and fine now...
Never wanted tabbed browsing and none of the other features seems necessary really...
