This country has a lot of crazy people who know a lot about how to write and a little about what makes sense. A lot about how to be powerful and a little about how to use it.
There will always be these people who feel like they want to control what other people do. It is why they don't want abortion or gay mariage and why they are all for being told exactly what to do.
Parents can't possibly police their own kids.
But. For every nut out there who uses his right to say these things and try to make them law. There is another person with good ideas that does the same.
Like abolishing slavery. Or Women's rights. Or unionization of the work-place.
This country isn't perfect. There are a lot of dumb people and a lot of ignorant people and a lot of really foolish people. But there are also really good people. Learned, smart, and clever.
They just don't get the press like the idiots do.
Or... they get @#!*ed on because their Ideas are too ahead of their time.
Like the fact that illegal aliens in this country are exactly the same as slaves in biblical Rome. No one wants to hear it. So no one reports on the people who say things like that.
