My oldest stuff must be some atari st game releases. I used to write my first homepage on an atari. Unfortunately all those free webspaces are gone. I found a page with ripped soundtracks from games. I guess it was about 1997 or so when I releaed this late atari game:

Uh, just found this:

G.483 DARC II (1mb) by Dieter Marfurt. Cairo, Gizeh, July 2nd 1995. Professor Huber from the Egyptology Research Center at Cairo discovered an unknown corridor which ends 600 feet underground at a locked door made of titan. The symbols on the door were of no known language. Which culture could have produced titan? Explore Egyptian ruins with a Doom type engine to recover keys and disks to save the world...

When I used to write that, 1995 was science fiction :) So I think it was released in 1994. Tho "doom type engine" is really a shameless exaggeration by someone.

EDIT
Wow it's unbelievable what you find sometimes when you enter your name in yahoo, eg. i just found a page with free games, they list one of my fps demos right byside doom 1, and report more than 6 thousand downloads. And I even didn't know about that page.
If I get it right, my title is even top ranking:
