What's that fairground tune called?

You know, the one that you always hear, the one with clowns and with the ringmaster.
If you know the one I mean you should be able to hum along with the theme below:-

[start]
Do Doooo, Do Do Do Do, Doo, Doo, Doo Do
Do Doooo, Do Do Do Do, Doo, Doo, Doo Do
Do, DoDo, Do Doo
Do, DoDo, Do Doo

Doo Do Do Doo Doo Dooo <squelch>

[repeat]

So does anyone know what this tune is, or what it's called? :)
I want to find a .mod version of it, so I can see all the musical notes for the theme.
