The big thing to remember is that most people are sat around waiting for the 3D modules. Noone cares about Mac and Linux support (yes really) so you're unlikely to see any big blitzmax blockbusting games anytime soon until 3D comes along.

Then again I'm sure something else will come along that'll appeal to the 'sit and wait' brigade. :)
