when the kid doesn't obey your rules, you punish them, as society will punish them
Exactly. These days, everyone is forgetting that society punishes
with no hesitation or remorse. Either a person learns his lessons
when he is young and the punishments are superficial, or he gets
screwed over when life hits him in the face.
All this P.C. stuff is getting way out of hand.
Human beings are naturally selfish and uncaring
But I do disagree with that one. I still have a bit of faith.
