Ferminho, maybe they can communicate in experiments yes, but to send email in a LAN made by this technology, no. Theoretically they could but it needs a lot of technical solving as i beleive the principle is so new still. Besides if they had anything useful i'm sure 100s of companies would be offering superluminal connections right now.
Skitchy, that really depends on your needs and specific tasks you're doing (like we discussed in this thread). In some cases a workstation with multiple processors may be better (rendering) in others a huge amount of ram and a huge bandwidth on the FSB such as for music editing, video editing (i assume). No telling really.
