JV-ODE vs TokaMak

Blitz3D Forums/Blitz3D Userlibs/JV-ODE vs TokaMak

PaceMaker uses ODE in the shape of the jv-ode wrapper - I tried for many months to use Tokamak - there were far too many issues.
The ODE engine, for my purposes at least , is a better overall design - the space partitioning is excellent - It's extremely flexible, highly configurable and unbelievably stable and easy to work with. I really put this lib through its paces and it has always done what I want it to do.
Maybe for a different type of simulation Tokamak may be suitable but from my experience at working with both - ODE wins hands down.
The extra work and commands that has been put into the jv-ode wrapper makes it an even better proposition - vip3r has done a tremendous job with this.
