- the keys are setup in a straight line, not angled anymore towards the higher keys.
eewe, that makes it harder for ke to eye-notice a key based on its surrounding shape,.
We dont hold our hands like:

which suits diagonal panning over the keys....or so i imagine
who's idea it was to change the keyboards so drastically...
Probobly a some random executives who've never touched a keyboard ibefore... (they tell people to type for them), And think, Hey, lets change something to give ourslevs an edge!.
Also, probobly the same people who design modern tiolets with that 'abiliy to get blocked' thing they added into them a couple of years ago...
