Find yourself the requisite adapter and connect your A1200 HD to your PC. WinUAE can read it.

**EDIT** failing that, null modem cable, NComm on the Amiga, HyperTerm on the PC (I think) and initiate ZModem transfer.

Transfer rate is really slow, but Amiga stuff is small :)
