It sounds like you want a full design document that can be implimented in this kind of game field.

I can easily write up a design document for you. But a decent design document is going to run you some money... not a lot tho.. I enjoy designing. I just can't give great game ideas away... How does 10$ a page sound :P hehe
Yeah... I know.. cheap. What can I say. for a small game, that might mean 50-100$...
Its when you need a 150 page monster game designed that it starts to cost real money.... but 1500$ is nothing compared to the other costs...
