Do you guys really stand around talking about programming languages? I talk about interesting stuff with my friends. I can't think of a more boring subject to talk about casually than programming.
I've had this problem too, but not from casual conversation. When other people and I are discussing how to proceed with development of projects, they have a knee-jerk negative reaction to blitz. Even though he'd never heard of it before I brought it up, I had one guy announce "Blitz sucks!"
