Does anyone have any links or information on the parameters that can be effective to give an auto better handeling.???

Seems that with current abilitiy's the auto's are limited greatly to very low top speeds, and anything higher than say 30 gives wobbly wheels, and such. So looking if anyone's got better information on improving a car's handling and aspects.
