Solution :
i had to install both
libxxf86vm1_6.8.2.dfsg.1-10_i386.deb
libxxf86vm-dev_6.8.2.dfsg.1-10_i386.deb

They are UNSTABLE, and my system is testing so i had outdated versions of those libs.. i had to download them and install with dkpg.
