The car demo works fine for me. Simulation time was averaging about 6. I then tried v1.08 and simulation time was nearer 4.
Not an extensive performance test, but there was a difference that shows the two libraries run at different rates. Perhaps the bug is slowing it down? A fuller comparison ought to be made when a fixed 1.09 is released.
