The thing is that videocards have these days the same fate as speakers in cheap stereo sets: they look really flashy from outside but are not worth the plastic they're made of. Videocard manufacturers have learned to fool ppl by using close to high-end range product names and other lies like LE/SE additions... all meaning that the product is crippled crap.
