Got a big piece of paper?
1) Optimise the download > C++ and ATL - Why? XP SP2 downloads the CAB file twice this is too slow with the 1MB file.
2) Fix the flashing Loader Bar - I think I know what the problem is (i'll let you know)
3) Ability to have several background images to cycle through when game loads.
4) As above but maybe embed flash movie.
5) Allow window parameters to be specified in Pixels and not Twips
6) Keep with the current license scheme, a message in a free version would be too easy to hide when you can change background images.
7) Animated image as loader bar - Like Mike does :D
