Hmm, I just tried locking both buffers and the using BankCopy and it's quick! but Images in Blitz PLus are 24bit and my graphics card only supports 16bit or 32bit display, it can't do 24 bit thus the BankCopy makes a horrible mess. In the old Amiga days you had bitplanes where each plane was mono but the combo effect yielded colour but I guess this would impractical with 24 bit colour as you'd need too many planes. Maybe I need to write a custom .dll to copy 3 bytes to the dest, move the dest pointer on by one byte and then repeat, but what a time consuming load of grrr. I probably won't bother.

Tim: Checked out that .dll before, it's neat, could be an option.
