But yes, I do agree with Indie that it's worth sorting out the plan and doing a proof on concept before doing the graphics and music. Doing the art/music first reminds me of how movie execs plan the movie with art mockups etc before even having written a script! However at least we have something to look at and discuss so it serves as a useful brainstorming tool, to a certain extent.
