André Lamothe is working on a new Xgamestation now though, code named "Hydra".. he said something about twin processors and raw processing power. But that beast is more likely to become a software learning tool for advanced hardware though.
I was really surprised when I read the XGamestation Ebook, how easy it really was to create the video output. Just a microcontroller and a few resistors on the output and thats it :D
