nothing really spectacular, or anything... i was just taken in by the immersive first person view
you weren't really supposed to be impressed... just something interesting to view... a look at what some other 3D developers are doing that is not a game...
hey... maybe, if you used your hi def, widescreen tv, in the monitor mode, and select letterbox format... it might look a lil more impressive...
anyways... i found that the walkaround in the design of the 'living' area really did it's job... the design was quite apealing... so much so that i'm gonna find out if this is something that is available for construction as a single dwelling...
with a few modifications (additional space) i think i could go for a house like that... i've got the perfect spot to put it.
so, you see... if the purpose of this project is to present the client with a first person view of a prospective property, then it is right on the money... i'm wasn't a perspective client before i saw this... now i am...
they've just gotta present it on a letterbox format display... similar to how you see things in real life...
