Hey, here's some progress -- been working on this new board layout, so figured I'd better do a schematic also:

I've still got a ton to layout with schematic.
The FPGA itself, the power supply(regulated/switching 1.2V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V), the expansion board connections. Input/Output for controllers, the SPI bus, and the MCU (Going to be a PIC18XXXX)
Yeesh, got some work ahead of me. :)
