I used Ogre3D for a while and it was pretty nice, Once you get around how the classes and stuff works its really quite simple. I then moved on to OpenSceneGraph after hearing good things about it from some of the DevMaster goers. I still havnt got anything set up but I'm feeling confident this time.
I've tried nearly every 3D engine you could think of in the last 8 months. Its hard to find something that to you personally has the right 'feel'. I probably cant remember all of the Engines I've used (well made a rotating cube in) but here I go:
NevRax, Ogre3D, Irrlicht, Nebula Device, CrystalSpace, kjAPI, Torque, Q Engine, Java Monkey Engine, Antiryad, Realmforge GDK (Formely Axiom), Yake Engine (Based on Ogre), IrrlichtNX, 3Impact and 3dRad.
You know in my situation it sucks caus' I cant just find something and use it. I have the constant urge to change so frequently I dont get crap all done. It really really sucks.
