yup they do. One good thing is you already have the entire game structure (intro page, options, game, level complete, game over) etc in place as well as a web page so all the boring admin stuff is done, so all you've go to do is game programing, graphics and sound now (which will take ages). Of course to release it commerically you're gonna have to do some more boring admin like work out license key method and limited demo levels or timer method, ecommerce, marketing, installer (you may have done this already), upgrader, help page/FAQ, email support, bank account for money (this bit's OK!) etc
