I had a 500 error and couldn't view your site but i'd like to echo this sentiment:
I have only ever once taken a web design job, I didn't really want it but circumstances prevailed so I went to see the customer, chatted for a bit and whilst talking started sketching, I designed the site on paper and then did my presentation.
They loved it. They loved it so much they got somebody else to make it exactly to my design.
To be honest I didn't mind loosing the business, I hate writing web pages. Give me a rogue vertex anyday.
6) "Payment is not upfront, but upon completion of your web site." - Not a good idea. I personally find it best to charge a development fee before I start anything, even with returning customers.
