ILBM is the right one. Most Amiga graphics will be in ILBM (Interleaved BitMap) format. There was also another less popular graphics format, ACBM or some such that's much rarer.
IFF just specifies how a file should be formatted, not what's stored in it - kinda like a binary form of XML. Like most Amiga related stuff, it was a pretty clever idea for the time. The IFF format was also basically nicked by Lucasarts/Lucasfilm Games for their SCUMM data.
