big10p is right Paint Shop Pro is the tool for the job.

PSP has two export modes which sound likely, Iff and Amiga Ilbm.

One of them is actually something else and if my memory serves correct it's PSP's Iff format that is not the Amiga FORM format, use the Amiga Ilbm export instead.

Or at least, if that doesnt work dont be suprised and use the other one ;)
