no there isn't that I know of,but theres nothing stopping someone from making a loader frontend activeX control and licensing it so that it runs automatically in IE. Probablem is the first time someone writes a harmfull app in Blitzmax there will be a stink about it.
Another option is to use Java Launch JNLP files to launch a loader, but this requires the client to have Java Launch installed (Part of Java 2?) I had used this with Blitzplus as I way to launch them from a web page.
