DX7 and Blitz3D ?

All the DX SDK's I have on my computer have come with game programming books.

The official link used to be:

Your best bet might be to buy a second-hand book that includes the SDK - internet ordering can sometimes result in a quick delivery. A fair few books came with the SDK and they will probably be cheap/second-hand.
