If you didn't want to cause controversy why did you use a controversial subject for your game? Why not just put cute aliens in it to shoot?

What do you think? There are hundreds of games in which you play a western soldier/nation and kill evil arabis/chinese or germans. Thats something else?
Its legal to play the brutal second world war or to invade china (BattleField2)?
