JV-ODE Version 1.05 Released

As requested by Shifty Geezer, new functions have been added to give more control over the contact surface collision responses.
dSetInternalContactSurfaceMode(mode) - set contact surface mode ( mean / max )
dGetInternalContactSurfaceMode%() - get contact surface mode ( 0 = mean 1 = max )
There are two modes:
0 = mean - default (the same mode as in V1.04)
This mode adds the contact surface values for the two colliding geoms and averages the total value.
For example: TotalBounce = (Geom1Bounce + Geom2Bounce) / 2
1 = max
This mode uses the highest geom contact surface value only and discards the lower value.
For example: TotalBounce = *Geom1Bounce or *Geom2Bounce (* = whichever is higher)
If both values are equal, the value from Geom 1 is used.
Version 1.05 also includes an improved ragdoll demo and a bugfix.
