to add minimize to the window:

User32_SetWindowLong(hWND, -16, Wlong)

You need these commands in your 'user32.decls'

User32_SetWindowLong% (hwnd%, nIndex%, dwNewLong%) : "SetWindowLongA"
User32_GetWindowLong%(hwnd%, nIndex%): "GetWindowLongA"
