Will everyone please check out the "Bot Specifications/Abilities" and the "Gameplay Rules" that I've put together (links are in the 6th post in this thread, the 'OFFICIAL' one) and tell me if you see anything that you agree/disagree with.
I've tried to balance the weapons, so see what you think.
The command set isn't definitive yet. Let me know if you see any problems. (I'm thinking that for speed improvement issues, Scanning should/could be split up into seperate types of scans.)
