I'm also having this problem.
Also rebuilding the mods and resyncing the docs doesn't help.
I guess the commands.txt file has been reduced in size (leaving only some commands which will be highlighted).
I tried searching for the keyword "Local" in this file, but it doesn't exist and also isn't highlighted anymore in the IDE.
