LOL. How mature of you. I stand by my "Grow Up" comment :DBack on topic: I'm giving my boxed Blitz3D to my Bro, but he wasn't interested in BlitzPlay (for the moment at least), so I thought I'd try to sell it. I clearly hadn't considered all of the implications of such an action. Some valuable points have been raised here though and, tbh, I'm not sure I'd do it all again. Persaonlly, I'd be quite happy for someone to resell (or indeed give away) a product of mine they'd purchased if they had no further use for it.
As someone mentioned here, reselling PC games is in fact illegal (or at least it appears to be), but that clearly isn't enforced in daily life ("Game" stores part-exchanging, ebay permitting resales of PC/console games etc). It's a very grey area...
