I hope the JV-ODE guys will compile the demo programs and distribute the B3d demo source, B3d demo exe, and ode.dll.
This would allow people to see the demo in action and view the source. This would not allow people to compile new stuff because it's sans the decls.
Distributing the ode.dll is a normal part of distributing your game software.
