maybe it's too expensive for royalty free non-exclusive usage, and too cheap for an exclusive license (that is defacto selling the copyright). I don't think it's a big lot of money, tho at the moment the only project I am working on is a zero-budget thing. All I can offer is a profit participation contract. I know, most people doubt that this thing works.
