You might want to use the recently added "User Types" to document your four classes. I'd suggest you only have a page per method if the page per class becomes unusable.
Not sure on your other question: Links to other pages are defined as [[Page Name]], e.g. [[Graphics]] or to get to a category [[:Category:Graphics]]. ToC are added by the wiki if there are >3 (I think) headings on the page.
