Regarding the User vs BRl mods I think that we should just duplicate the sections in each category.
From the little I know of wikis, I'm not sure this will quite work.
Say we have BRL.Max2d.LoadImage and TIFFS.SuperMax5d.LoadImage. Categories for the BRL version should be "BRL Modules" and "Graphics". Categories for the latter should be "TIFFS Module" (itself a subcategory of User Modules) and "Graphics".
The problem here is that if I now look at the wiki by category, select Graphics, both LoadImages will appear. How do I know which to click? Or equally if it was called LoadImageButBetter, how do I know if it's an official module or not? (Okay, so the names will have to be different to be unique in the wiki, but hopefully you get my point!)
As I say, I don't think I know enough about wikis to work this out, but I suspect we either need to suffix each category or not do it by 'functional area' for non-BRL modules.
