It would be caught by the compiler and throw an error. You would be forced to write it as it was declared.Case sensitivity is also a unix thing isn't it? Personally I haven't the energy to always remember if it the I was upper or lowercase, so it's beneficial for me the way things are.
Perhaps a Strict and "Stricter" mode could be included for people like Warren.
